We offer worldwide shipping. All US orders will be shipped by our US warehouse , the average shipping time is less than 5 days. For some countries, such as Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and other countries, we may ship directly from our local warehouse, which takes up to 10 days for receiving your tracking number.
All the taxes and duties should be paid by yourself.
Shipping Time doesn’t include a 2-3 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
Check Your Order and Shipment
Your order can be tracked after email confirmation has been sent to you.
You can check your order easily via the online tracking page: https://www.17track.net/en
Enter your Tracking ID, and click “TRACK MY PARCEL”. You will get your tracking details.
If your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact our Customer Care within 30 days.
Ownership, Terms and Risk
All orders will be dispatched within two business days. Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.
Please note that you will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and do not receive your package, we will send you an email to notify you of it. You can contact the delivery company to arrange another delivery.
If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods.
*NOTE Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To apply for a return, please write us an email at support@rokid.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Do NOT send an item back before communicating with us. You can always contact us for any return question at support@rokid.com.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect (including customized items) please contact our customer care email at support@rokid.com for further instructions.
If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including customized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange depending on your request below. Shipping & Handling will be refunded if this is one of the cases with your item(s). Damaged products or products missing parts/items must be reported within 10 days of receipt for this to apply, otherwise product and/or shipping charges may be incurred.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item (s), if completed your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It usually takes 3-7 working days to process.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized products or any product which have been used, altered, damaged. Please get in touch with us at support@rokid.com if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
